Order Search Pro for WooCommerce

WooCommerce's own order search works when you already know the order number or the customer's email. It gets hard when you don't: the SKU that went out wrong, a gift recipient's name saved in a custom checkout field, or the note a colleague left on an order last week. Order Search Pro for WooCommerce replaces the search on the Orders screen with one indexed search bar. It looks through order numbers, customer names, emails and phone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, product names, SKUs, coupon codes, order notes (private ones included) and any order meta key you tick as searchable. A "Matched in" column tells you why each order came back. Filters for status, payment and shipping method, billing country, customer group, order total, coupon, tag and date stack on top of the search. Any combination can be saved as a segment that the whole team opens with one click. From the results you can tag orders, add the same note to several of them, export them to CSV or print packing slips. An analytics screen lists the most searched terms and the searches that found nothing, so you know which fields to make searchable next. It works with HPOS and legacy order storage and needs WooCommerce 7.0 or newer. It is one of PluginSprout's WordPress plugins, each built to do one job.
